STR Cleaning in Katy and Cinco Ranch
Katy listings look easy on a map and then you hit a Cinco Ranch gate, a Firethorne HOA email about the driveway, and a 3pm check-in. Indoor turnover and exterior appearance are two different jobs. We run both in 77450 / 77494, but they do not belong on the same invoice unless you ask.

Gates, codes, and not being there
You do not need to meet the crew. You do need a lockbox or code that still works after checkout, plus the gate code. Put it in the booking notes. Same pattern in Fulshear / Cross Creek Ranch.
What guests see vs what the HOA sees
Guests see baths, kitchen, beds. The HOA sees algae on the north wall and a stained driveway. Soft washing the house is exterior, and Katy boards actually enforce it — we wrote about that in how HOA washing protects values. Do not expect a $165 turnover to include the siding.
