Fulshear STR Cleaning After New Construction
A lot of Fulshear listings are still new enough that the first “turnover” is really a construction dust job plus a guest-ready reset. Drywall powder on baseboards, stickers on windows, paint on the driveway — that is not the same as a weekend Airbnb clean in an established Cinco Ranch house.
We work Fulshear, Cross Creek Ranch, Fulbrook, Jordan Ranch on the west-Houston route. Indoor turnovers book at str-cleaning. Exterior film and driveway slurry belong with post-construction cleanup and soft / pressure washing — we will not blast new paint to hurry a check-in.
Split the first week
- Exterior: builder dust, driveway, window film if you want it. Different visit, different method.
- Indoor: kitchen, baths, linens, floors so the first guest matches the photos. That is the turnover price card (1 bed $100, 3 bed from $165).
Trying to do both in an 11-to-3 window in 77441 is how you get a late guest and a stained driveway. Same-day indoor only: 11am / 3pm.
HOAs in new Fulshear
Cross Creek and Fulbrook notice the driveway before they notice your Superhost badge. Soft wash, not a rental-unit special from Home Depot. Katy boards are the same story — STR cleaning in Katy / Cinco Ranch and the HOA wash piece.
