Simpler Cleaning is based west of Houston. The streets we know best — and the ones we run every week — are Katy, Fulshear, Richmond, Rosenberg, and Sugar Land.
Indoor cleaning (STR and Airbnb turnovers are the specialty), pressure washing and soft washing, gutter cleaning as part of the exterior visit, and scheduled AC maintenance. Recurring plans preferred. Call or text 346-676-6622.
We work Houston and the rest of Harris and Fort Bend too. West is where the calendar is densest: master-planned HOAs on I-10 and 59, new construction in Fulshear, older oaks in Richmond, mixed residential and small commercial in Rosenberg.

Why west Houston books us on a calendar
HOAs out here notice siding and driveways. New builds throw construction dust on glass and paint. Live oaks and pecans load gutters twice a year. Short-term rentals along I-10 and 59 need turnovers that actually match the listing photos. That is recurring work, not a one-off panic after a storm.
Jobs we do not run in-house — a dead AC, a repair — go to a local partner. You still call one number.
