Simpler Cleaning handles indoor cleaning, exterior washing, and scheduled AC maintenance across Spring Branch and the Memorial Villages: Bunker Hill Village, Spring Valley Village, Hunters Creek Village, Hedwig Village, Piney Point Village, and Hilshire Village.

Why this pocket of Houston is different
These neighborhoods were mostly built in the 1950s and 1960s under trees that are now 60–80 years old: live oaks, loblolly pines, magnolias, sweetgums. Needles slip past cheap gutter guards. Acorns and catkins pack downspouts. Clay soil plus overflow is how foundations move. Soft wash belongs on painted siding and pine-shaded north walls; high pressure belongs on concrete, not on 1960s trim.
Village notes
Bunker Hill Village — large lots, heavy oak and pine. Exterior often three to four times a year. Indoor recurring for occupied estates and STR turnovers when the house hosts.
Spring Valley Village — mid-century ranches and newer builds near I-10. Flat lots pond if gutters overflow. Seasonal house wash plus twice-a-year gutters is the usual plan.
Hunters Creek Village — thick canopy, greenbelt runoff. Needles and cones. Soft wash the house; do not blast it.
Hedwig Village — quiet streets, magnolias and live oaks. Recurring indoor plus spring/fall exterior.
Piney Point Village — the name is the problem: loblolly needles, older gutters that sag if they sit full. Gutters here are a maintenance line, not a one-time job.
Hilshire Village — small, wooded, ravines and Spring Branch Creek. Overflow becomes erosion fast. Check gutters before hurricane season.
Greater Spring Branch (77055) — same tree load plus street debris near Long Point and Westview, 610 to the Beltway.
Services
- Indoor cleaning — STR / Airbnb turnovers (specialty), recurring residential, deep, move-out.
- Pressure washing & soft washing — house, driveway, common walks. Gutters and downspouts on the same visit.
- Gutter cleaning — three times a year is normal in the Villages; every 3–4 months under heavy pine.
- AC maintenance — scheduled only. Emergency repair goes to a partner.
Recurring is cheaper than storm week
Put indoor on a weekly or biweekly slot. Put exterior on a seasonal slot. Put AC on an annual slot. One crew. We would rather have your calendar than a panic call after the next downpour.
